Background includes startups, non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies in technology, media, marketing, finance, consumer goods, arts and education. Lead major initiatives for employers and clients including Microsoft, The Economist, Gawker Media, Dow Jones,  Adrenaline-Havas, Draftfcb, Publicis, General Mills, PwC, J.P. Morgan, Consumer Reports, University of the People, and several early stage startups.

Serving as advisor to early stage startups including The Trusted Table (Oxen Inc.), and on Oxfam America’s Leadership Council. In the past served on the founding board of L'Oiseau Bleu theatre company, led the Media and Entertainment Group of executive network The Councils, and was a co-founder and leader of Webgrrls Germany, a network for women in new media.
